How It Works.

Click the Book Appointment button and choose a convenient time to meet.
Once you’ve booked your appointment, I will contact you by phone to gather information on the services you need. I will create an estimate and email it to you for acceptance.
When you accept the estimate you will be redirected to your invoice where you can pay online.
Payment can be made by clicking the link in the invoice email, online on the notarization platform for remote services, or in person for mobile services.
We meet in person or online where I first verify your identity and then complete the forms and notarization required.
You’re all done! I will either deliver to the appropriate party or return them to you depending on the service performed.

The prices listed below represent my estimated loan closing fees. Because loan closings can vary greatly depending on the transaction, I email a customized quote for your approval after we speak to discuss your needs.

Loan Closing Services
A loan closing agent facilitates the final steps in the loan process, ensuring all necessary documents are signed, verified, and processed correctly. They act as a neutral third party, coordinating between the borrower and the lender to finalize the loan agreement and ensure all conditions are met. This ensures a smooth, compliant, and official transfer of property titles or finalization of loan terms.
For mobile signings- I come to a location of the client’s choosing. Most closings are completed at either a residence or title office.
I also conduct completely virtual remote online signings and notarizations.
A typical loan closing can be completed in about 45 minutes. I schedule appointments for an hour in case it takes a little longer.
